he is a moron

i liked it when he TRIED to outwit Robert Smith earlier this year. seems like when an opinion is not the same as his, he really gets ticked off. i understand raising another point of view, but, he comes off as a know it all jackass if you ask me!!

You are what your record says you are...You have fewer loses and are ranked ahead of us. As far as I'm concerned there's no reason for us to be favored and I take the position that an LSU win should be considered an upset.

All things being equal, you'd have to list LSU as the favorite simply because the game is in New Orleans. Buckeye Nation travels well, but the "home" team has got to be an advantage. (Probably at least worth a field goal.) I don't think you could consider it an upset if you win. Especially given the public opinion of our style of football and what happened to us in last year's NC game.

Beating you guys will be a huge victory for us! :wink2: Seriously though, I think this one will go down to the wire. If you guys play your A game, that will be very tough to beat. The team that played VT earlier in the year is a scary, scary team. I for one hope to not see that team in January! :wink2:

I saw this too and I think it's a stretch to pick an upset as your 3rd most confident bowl winner. Mark has been behind us most of the year and I appreciate that but we're taking on the #1 team in the country, I don't see how anyone should expect us to win with that level of certainty.

As pointed out earlier, despite the fact we're #1 and you're #2, virtually everyone feels our ranking is "by default" and that LSU is the superior team, thus your being favored so much. Ironically, what you have pointed out in your subsequent posts is exactly what we've been trying to point out to the media the whole time. By the way, I appreciate your objective views...
