Mark May (Blew 5 guys at Pitt)

True, but to be fair my 8 year old wouldn't back down from May, I was trying to think if there is a bigger douchbag on TV covering ANY sport, and I can think of none. Therefor, I believe we are witness to the BIGGEST Dbag to ever
be in front of a television camera.

Skip Bayless

I like Skip more, but he's probably a bigger d-bag.

Pryor basically called out Mark May, since Mark May "isn't sold until Pryor plays in a 'meaningful' game".

TP said "we'll find out next week (at Wisconsin) as his reply.

I for one say thanks to the Asshat, he is giving our freshman phenom just a little bit more motivation before he steps out on the field next Saturday.

What does the "Asshat" need from TP and the Buckeyes? It's not like he's thrown 6 TDs and rushed for a couple hundred yards or even rallyed a team that needed another leader out there. I think May needs someone to beat on or he doesn't get his jollies. He thrives on controversy and often eats his words.

The real benefit of having Terrelle Pryor at QB isn't his play making and athleticism, but his meteoric rise has had another effect on this team. His youthful exuberance has given this team a new outlook and new hope. The "meaningful" game is every game that we grow from, it's every win that finds new strengths and overcomes old weaknesses, it's when we realize that we can always get better and still face each week's opponent with the lessons of the previous week to build on. Terrelle may have an off day at some point, but his most notable contribution has given more meaning to the game of football than just putting points on the board - team unity and new attitude is a much better measure of "meaningful".

May wouldn't be so pissed at the Buckeyes if we had run it up on other teams like we have his Pitt Panthers. 72-0 was a good one, so was 63-28. We don't do that very often anymore, and it eats his boxers alive.

Wasn't the 72-0 game the one when every time Wiley touched the ball, he scored?

Someone needs to punch May in his vagina.

What Mark May desperately wants is to matter to us and others. Who cares if he is "sold" on Pryor, Wells, or the Buckeyes?

He's really quite humorous. I love the way he looks at the camera and spouts such nonsense as if it were meaningful.

Sometimes, I feel a bit sorry for him, because no matter how much he's earning, he's no different than the rest of us: he wants to get up in the morning and respect himself when he looks in the mirror. Cheap shots on college kids isn't exactly the way to build your self-respect.

Mark May's opinions just don't count. He is irrelevant.

it annoys the hell out of me because we have to listen to his dumbass every week. not only does he bash tOSU every chance he gets but he never comes up with anything remotely intelligent or original. it's always "this one will be won in the trenches", even if we're talking about ridiculously powerful offenses like Tulsa and Missouri. sorry Mark, you're a moron.

i like Herbie, Lee and Lou (but not the guy that will remain nameless, because of an event that will remain nameless) but this guy is by far the most idiotic "expert" they could find.

maybe he's just pissed off because Pitt is abysmal?

Does anyone pay attention to what May says? Does anyone believe he is a college football "expert"? I'm sure if he's pimping the SEC, possibly. Or maybe USC. But, he has more detractors then fans. He is a pot-stirrer. That is all. Buckeye fans should not watch him or send comments.
"Please, don't feed the hyena!"

I listen to him BECAUSE he's such a monumental dumbass!

Did anyone see the halftime show of Thursday nights USC game when at the end of the Dr. Lou segment Holtz says,

(something to the effect of) "if you enjoy 'Ask Dr. Lou', show your support by driving during the day with you headlights on...but if you don't like it, then drive at night with your headlights off..."

And when the cameras cut back to the studio, May was sitting there with a puzzled look on his face and the other two guys (I believe Robert Smith was one of them) look at him and say, "you don't get it do you?" May responds, "That doesn't make sense...why would you drive at night with your headlights off, you couldn't see."

They actually explained it to him on air and as they cut away to commercial you hear one of them say, "I can't believe we actually had to explain that to you."

CLASSIC! :slappy:
