What's in the water down there? I know nothing about their success. Have they always been this good?

They have multiple championships, but this kind of success is unprecedented. What's in the water down there? I know nothing about their success. Have they always been this good?
System. Big one and it works for them. How are they always this good? Just luck of the community around them? Heck I don't know where they are even located and I'm born and raised in Central Ohio

I'm from Coldwater. It is in the middle of farming country in Mercer County. 45 miles from Lima. No where near anywhere to be honest. How are they always this good? Just luck of the community around them? Heck I don't know where they are even located and I'm born and raised in Central OhioI
Wait! The school is not even in Marion? I'm so damn confused now;-)Maria Stein, Ohio - Wikipedia

Its crazy to see this level of dominance, but makes sense that at the lower levels you see a dominant team. I couldn't see this happening with the bigger schools. Kind of like Mt Union and NW Missouri St in college Division 2 and 3. I'm sure each state has an uber dominant lower division team that beats the brakes off of everyone on a yearly basisI'm from Coldwater. I'm really not sure what it is. Coaching, system, whatever. One thing it's not is genes or DNA. Many of the players on Marion have cousins on Coldwater.
