I feel horrible for him. To work that had to come back from a major injury only to have one even worse is heartbreaking. Hoping he makes a speedy recovery.

That was the most gruesome injury I've ever seen. Forget football, just hope he can get proper use of that leg back.

This is worse than that kid that broke his leg on the cheerleader wagon in the back of the endzone... Hope he's alright, but things don't look good for his future.

Marcus Lattimore has a broken femur and knee cap plus all four knee ligaments are torn... which is consistent with the look that the only thing holding his leg together was skin.. all the best son.. this is as bad as it gets
