Chicago, LA Clippers, Houston Rockets, LA Lakers, and the New York Knicks would all make sense.

As a guy who lived in Akron for 6 years and then moved to florida. It's a one way trip. Sorry.
Again, to reiterate, I in no way believe LeBron is returning...but could you imagine the media circus in Cleveland with his return and the Johnny Paycheck trainwreck? Cripes. It would be unbearable.
Agreed, and that all but eliminates Cleveland.I'm surprised this needs to be mentioned, but LBJ's goals include winning NBA titles. Yours don't.
HUGE diff when you were born and raised there.. and went to HS there.. First hand experience hereAs a guy who lived in Akron for 6 years and then moved to florida. It's a one way trip. Sorry.
I can't see him teaming with Marshmelo anywhere. Marshmelo is allergic to defense and I don't see his playing style as complimentary to LeBron's in any way. Unless he could suddenly learn to play defense, something you need to win titles, I think LeBron would see him as more of a hinderance to more titles.Cavs have a shot, but I think they would have to trade for Kevin Love on Thursday night to get a shot at it otherwise, he will not be coming to Cleveland this year. This is a move to put a ton of pressure on Pat Riley and the Heat to makes some serious moves. I see him taking a one year deal to return to Miami, unless he tries to team up with Melo somewhere.
IMO, he'd had to make a big public apology (albeit as shallow as it would really be) to the Cleveland fans before he'd have any chance of being accepted back. NE-Ohioans are grudge-holding mother fuckers...I should know because I am one.I disagree. Winning cures all in a large majority of fans' eyes. Cleveland fans are starving for any kind of success, and LeBron returning makes the Cavs instant contenders. The first time he set foot on the floor in Cleveland in a Cavs uniform, the cheers would be enormous. Does that make us hypocrites? Of course. But if he's leading them to 60 wins and the postseason again, he'll be a hero. Of course, the championship expectations would be immediate, and I could see them getting impatient pretty quickly of they aren't winning them. I don't like the bastard, and I never will view him the same as I did before he showed his ass on e!spn 4 years ago, but returning to Cleveland to win a title is a step towards redemption.
Still, don't see it happening. Howevah, I will say, he had until July 1 to opt out. The timing a few days before the draft is interesting.
I think some sort of mea-culpa would be part of a press conference. LeBron has become much more media-savvy since his 2010 series of debacles.IMO, he'd had to make a big public apology (albeit as shallow as it would really be) to the Cleveland fans before he'd have any chance of being accepted back. NE-Ohioans are grudge-holding mother fuckers...I should know because I am one.
