Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

Just read that the Heat were selling the nosebleed cheapest tickets for $180. I can understand why they won't sell out games if that's the case, but still doesn't justify leaving the game so early.

Holy crap! I could have gotten seats in AA Deck last year for the Iowa game for that much. Looks like they're severely over-valuing their product. Of course, when Her Quitness is involved, over-valuing is a given. I could go to three TSO concerts in one year for that price (or take a family of 4 twice last year for just $20 more).

You can bet if I paid that much for a ticket in the rafters I would be there until the bitter end, and I'd better get a few complimentary drinks.

Lebron hasn't been playing that great, but they put a pretty good beatdown on a really good Orlando team last night. I was surprised at what good defense this team is playing. It's early, but that was a statement win last night after losing to Boston on opening night.

is there a separate Heat thread, or does this one double as a Heat thread as well?

I don't think anybody cares enough about the heat to warrant a thread. Hell, I couldn't give two shits about the nba at all anymore, I just like bashing this shitbag.

What's reality is that you fit the very definition of a troll. Lets see, you've admitted to hating Cleveland fans, claim to have no vested interest in the Heat or LeBron, and continue to pop up in this thread even after saying you were done doing so. You're essentially a poor man's tibor at this point. But with Tron gone, I guess somebody has to step up to the plate.

If you're not trolling, please explain to me your purpose in this thread. It's clearly a LeTurnover bashing thread...look at the friggin' title for Christ's sake. Of course Cavs fans are pissed at him, he bolted in the most public of ways leaving behind a wake of undelivered promises and questionable effort on his way out. We're Cleveland fans, the longest suffering bunch of saps on the planet, and we have a long memory. Your presence here is for no other reason than to illicit a negative reaction. It's akin to me going on a scUM board and chastising them for being so hard on LLoyd Carr after he left. This is a "hate LeTurnover thread", you know that, I know that. If you aren't a fan of LeTurnover or the Heat, your motive is clear. It's trolling, by definition.

Also, get it right, I never said anything about his poor grandma (bad enough she was stuck with a crackwhore daughter), I said I hope he gets eaten by a fucking shark.

The difference being, of course, is that this IS NOT a Cavs board. So me or Tlangs, or anyone else bashing Cavs fans shouldn't be grounds for any bannings. Yet, I, a member in otherwise good standing for nearly five years, was threatened with such. I get that Cavs fans are pissed. What I don't get is how I can be banned on BUCKEYE planet for talking shit about anything to do with motherfucking Cleveland. This isn't directed at you NF. Just sayin'.

The Bengals thread has been...for YEARS...littered with "bungles" references. That's ok. But if anyone dare talk shit about whiny ass Cavs fans that were sucking Lebron off four months ago...the ban threat comes out. So what if I'm trolling about an NBA team? This isn't an NBA forum. LeBron is a Buckeye fan, by his own account, so I think it's a little much to threaten to ban someone for sticking up for him. Just my two cents.

Fair enough, but I don't go into the Bengals thread and drop "bungles" references because it's just meant to start shit. This isn't a smack board. Games threads are one thing, but the Bengals thread is for Bengal fans, IMO. Anybody going in there and talking shit is clearly doing so to draw a response...a negative one.

A Heat fan or actual LeTurnover fan defending him is one thing, somebody who admits to not caring about him or the nba and dropping little potshots is another...especially when they have stated that they hate Cleveland fans...and when they've said they're done doing so is another. If you're not a fan of either, why care? The tone of the thread is obvious. It's trolling because it's meant to piss people off and inevitably ends up devolving in a petty dick measuring contest. Just my opinion and I'm sure that's what the mods are thinking as well.

Right, and I feel ya there. I'm no fan of Cleveland fans, but I am a partial fan of Lebron. Not totally invested, but still a fan. I just know that in five years, I've never seen so much as a tsk tsk towards bungles references or shit talking of Cincy teams. That being said, I'm really willing to let this shit go, I just felt I needed to speak my mind. That wasn't Tron, it was me.

First of all, while this is not a Cavs board, trolling isn't an acceptable behavior, I don't give a shit what the reasons or circumstances are. NF is 100% right there. Two, I don't read the Bengals threads because I'm not a Bengals fan, but had I done so I would have had the exact same reaction, trolling is trolling. And third, it just seemed strange that a certain poster is banned and then all-of-a-fucking-sudden you start popping off in a thread he was trolling for a while. My threat wasn't to ban you, Kyle, but to make sure a certain poster wasn't working around a ban.

James said he considered that the NBA?s great new show could have been based in New Jersey.
?On the way to the game, I even mentioned it to Chris, just saying ?This is a point where we could have ended up at,? James said. ?But at the end of the day, we?re the Miami Heat team, we?re the Miami Heat franchise and we have a goal.?

Shocking. LeBron and Bosh almost ended up in New Jersey together not Miami. I wonder if he'll tell Chris on his way into Quicken Loans 'we almost played together here'. My best guess is no....seeing as LeBron had 1 foot out last year.

Thanks for that "Cleveland has a hometown edge" BS tho.

I know I need to let go, but everytime he opens his mouth in refernece to the big 3, he just reaffirms that was plan was togetehr f or a long time and it never included Cleveland even when they had a deal in place to land Bosh. Just pisses me off even more......

No, you don't have to let go. I never will, and I can't handle anyone saying that "I don't have a problem with him leaving I have a problem with the way he did it".

Having a problem with the way he did it goes without saying. He left his hometown. He was the king of Cleveland. Every night they played he turned Cleveland into Hollywood. I will never understand how a man could do that and I prefer to hold a grudge simply because I believe in loyalty to your hometown and your community. I guess the answer is obvious...he not a man.

And the first official "LeBron cheating on Savannah" story....and with who?? Kim Kardashian. I don't believe a word of it, but it makes me laugh.
