I lived in Vegas. There are Lakers fans and then everyone else that would just love to be in a picture with a celebrity or to get an autograph. It is a different mentality out there. It just doesn't have the same meaning as it would if he did it in Cleveland, instead of having a hissy fit in a frogurt stand.

Hornets PG Paul doesn't request trade (AP)

Hornets star guard Chris Paul did not request a trade Monday in his meeting with new coach Monty Williams and top team officials, general manager Dell Demps said. Demps, essentially in his first day on the job since his hiring last week, added that he was confident Paul would still be with New Orleans when the coming season opens.

Not a chance in hell. CP3 signed with Worldwide Wes, Maverick Carter, and Leon Rose last week. Regardless of what is said on a day-to-day basis, behind the scenes it is known CP3 is gone. Do the Hornets want to wait the CBA out, or do they want some trade value with Paul having 2 years left on his deal??

2 years is a long time, but not a chance in hell he ends up in N.O at the end of 2012. Quote me on that. He'll be a Knick, Laker, or potentially on the Heat depending on moves Riley can make and the amount of money Paul would be willing to sacrifice.

NBA is a joke right now and I'm not sure how they fix it when they players all have a vagina mentality. Reputation and market supercedes loyalty, competition, and respect for the game.
