Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

well yeah, him and jason kidd really played together well, its like they were on the same page the whole game, but the last shot LeBron took was not a pretty one, he drove into the lane and tried to lay up a floater as time expired and it barely knicked the backboard. But Kobe's game winning shot which was the only lead the Blue team saw all game was nice, Tayshaun Prince played great D but even with long arms in his face he still swooshed the 19 foot pull up jumper.

James sees better than ever after eye surgery

Thursday, September 13, 2007 Branson Wright

Plain Dealer Reporter
LeBron James took another step toward improving his game last week, undergoing Lasik eye surgery in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The procedure, performed by Dr. Kerry K. Assil, is designed to improve vision and assures a faster recovery. James' vision has improved to 20/15, according to Assil, and he has already been cleared to resume workouts.
Lasik, which typically takes 10 to 15 minutes, involves a surgeon creating a corneal flap. The flap is then peeled back and a laser is used to reshape the cornea. Once the cornea is reshaped, light rays coming into the eye will properly focus on the retina for clearer vision.

LeBron James discussed every thing from the Cavaliers' new practice facility to his eye sur gery and the Indians' chances in the playoffs in an exclusive telephone interview with The Plain Dealer on Thursday.
James spoke after completing a conference call promoting his appearance as host of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" this Saturday.

A lifelong New York Yankees fan, James took a moment during a Thursday conference call to graciously congratulate the Cleveland Indians on winning the American League Central Division title.

Then he predicted that the Yankees would beat the Indians when the two teams meet in the playoffs.

Fuck you LeBron. I bet if the Indians get to the World Series they won't get swept.

LeBron Joins `SNL' for Season Premiere

By JOE MILICIA - 8 hours ago

NEW YORK (AP) - LeBron James is treating his appearance on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" season premiere like a fast break.

"I'm going to just wing it," the Cavaliers All-Star forward said Thursday during a rehearsal break.

James is practicing this week with his new teammates at "SNL," where he'll become the latest superstar to host the show.

The 22-year-old's humorous Nike ads, in which he plays four versions of himself, and his co-hosting performance at the ESPYs made Lorne Michaels believe James would do well on the show.

"You can tell when someone has a sense of humor or a least enough perspective on themselves to able to laugh at stuff," said Michaels, the show's creator and executive producer.

They just might the yankees have beaten the indians 5 or 6 straight.

They also only faced C.C. once and didn't face Fausto at all. Indians have better SP and middle relief. I really like the Tribe's chances, especially with home field. But I don't care if your a Yankees fan or not, LeBron is a representative of Cleveland and needs to support the Tribe, or at least take the high road and say something like, I think it will be a good series and it could go either way, or something like that. That was just shitty of him to say that.

James' star grows with appearance on SNL', Bill Livingston says

LeBron James loves the spotlight, and the spotlight loves him right back.
The Cavaliers' forward also loves endorsements. He has shilled for lawn mowers, chewing gum, energy drinks, batteries, a computer operating system, and, of course, basketball shoes. He was guest host on "Saturday Night Live" over the weekend, the ultra-gig for an athlete.
Meanwhile, of his teammates, Shannon Brown had a McDonald's commercial last season. Drew Gooden had a McDonald's commercial spot before that with Robert "Tractor" Traylor. That's about it.

LeBronx Bomber? James takes heat in Cleveland

p1.lebron.jpg

LeBron James is pround to be a Yankees fan.

CLEVELAND (AP) -- The most famous athlete in Cleveland is rooting for the New York Yankees. LeBron James always has.
Call him the LeBronx Bomber.
While in New York last week to host Saturday Night Live, the Cavaliers' star forward caused a stir back home when he said he would root for the Yankees in the AL playoffs against the Indians.
He showed up at Jacobs Field for Game 1 on Thursday night sporting a Yankees cap -- and fans sitting near him chanted for him to take it off.
"I've always been a Yankee fan. I'm a big Derek Jeter fan," James said during an in-game TV interview after Cleveland took the lead. "I'm here to represent the Yankees, but right now it's not looking too good."
A TBS reporter then handed James a "crying" towel that he said Indians ace C.C. Sabathia wanted to pass along. James said the two are good friends.
"It's not like I said, 'OK, I'm picking the Yankees now that they're playing the Indians,"' James said earlier this week. "Everybody knows that I've been a Yankees fan my whole life. If the Indians were playing anybody else I would root for the Indians."

And he's a fucking Dallas Cowboy's fan. One sportscaster at the game asked him if he was a front runner. He is.

In an article with mlb.com one excuses him because "When he was young, the Tribe was bad, so what are you going to do?". Bullshit. The Tribe finished 1 game out of the division lead in 1994 when Lebron was 9. They were challenging for the division and played in 2 World Series during his childhood.

Oh, the irony....

The Cleveland Cavs struggled to attract crowds for years before Lebron arrived - and now, the bandwagon has limited vacancy. But, behold King "Bandwagon" James - Cowboys, Yankees, and Bulls fan growing up. Nice.

I've got no problem with him being a Wankee or Cowgirls fan but don't sit amongst the people that pay to watch you play wearing a Yankee hat. Just sit there with no hat and you can still root for them. He's not just any athlete, he is Mr. Cleveland. You're different than everyone else.

On that note, screw the Yankees LeBron !!!!
