Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

Because you want to play for a man that will stick up for his town and the rest of his players that were fucked over...It is not about one person...

I would love an owner that loved his team that much. Because you know Mo, Hickson, Jamison, etc. all felt that LBJ quit on them as well.

And at any given moment, doesn't hold weight with me. It was one time...
who takes the first shot at lebron for his comeback? my guess is you see a helluva elbow. i wouldnt be surprised if the knickerbockers or bulls also tossed a big elbow his way.

to bad its not the nhl, youd find out what kind of man he is, or if hed turtle...

Sure last night it was Lebron leaving, maybe next season it is West not playing hard enough in Gilberts eyes, maybe the day after that Z is late for teh team bus. Is he gonna flip out when shaq leaves? I mean shaq was brought in the be the big man and help with the title, seems if shaq leaves he didn't do what Gilbert paid him to, so he should be ripped to. And [censored] that guy who isn't selling enough hot dogs rip him publiclly to while we are at it.

Eh, I don't buy the slippery slope argument. There's a huge difference between what LBJ did to the franchise last night and missing a team bus. And I'm pretty sure that NBA players are smart enough to realize that.

He'll have to play a lot more games against Dwight Howard now. He'll get plenty of 'bows coming his way.

So Dan Gilbert wanted to resign a guy that he says quit on the team multiple times. Not just resign, but pay him over $100M.

Out of context. In retrospect it seems obvious he gave up in the playoffs this year, having known these three hatched this plan years ago.

Think about how hard it would be to justify going to Miami if you do in fact win a championship.

His heart wasn't in it, we see why now. No different than me coming to work and throwing time away at my employers expense. Justified remark in my eyes.

Apparently Joshua Cribbs posted this on twitter and proposes it replace the "Witness" billboard.

Not even comparable...what are you talking about?? Gilbert does this one time, and now he's laying players out left and right..lol

Keep reaching. LeBron took a Cleveland Steamer on Gilbert and the city, and he's venting for the fans. And if he wants to air some dirty laundry on the guy who built his entire reputation on loyalty, family, and being "The King", I'm all for it. LeBron left his throne in Cleveland to become Scottie Pippen in Miami. And he made it worse by devoting an hour to his exit...and then talking about his loyalty...hahaha. LeBron is getting ripped nationally so hard right now, and I don't see it ending anytime soon. He completely mis-read the national landscape. Cleveland fans will be pissed, but nationally this is hot. Not so fast my friend...Kobe's bandwagon just picked up a few tons of weight.

Of course he didn't want to sign a quitter. He wanted him to not quit on the team in the first place - both in the playoffs and yesterday.
