To shed more light on this topic, Jordan was at OSU this past Friday, he took a tour of the Business school and met with a academic advisor as well. Because he did vebal so early a lot of people have been saying all kinds of things to him. To end all rumors Jordan Whiting is a SOILD LOCK for 2009 to OSU, 100% sure of this.:osu:

....and that is from as close as you can get to the situation.

When isn't it?
I can think of a few days in January the past few years that have been hard to swallow.

The BN article reminded me that Jordan was our first 09 commit. I always have a special memory for those that commit first, much like The Cannon did last year. It must be amazing for Jordan to have watched and helped this class grow.

Wrong. It's always a great day to be a Buckeye.

With Jordan committing so long ago - before any of us were focused on '09 and before there was that much information on him - it's easy to forget about how nasty this kid will be, especially with all of the big names that keep getting tacked on and/or rumored to be soon.

But, seriously, this kid might well be a BEAST in college. Think about it - he's a 230lb kid who can wrestle, and beat, kids 40-50lbs heavier and run 100's in the low 11's??? Seriously, he can easily play at 240-5 in college and has some real speed. BEAST!

Great, great, great time to be a buckeye!

Jordan is up to 230 lbs. and is benching 405. He is excited about the talent tOSU is assembling.

Not even is his senior year and he's as big and strong as most D-I LBs. The young man is going to be a real monster in just a few years.

There have been a few minor rumors about Whiting and other schools (specifically Louisville) but please rest assured.....ALL Buckeye.
