LB John Kerr (official thread)

Do you mean he was on roids or what?
I don't know any of this to be fact, just spreading the rumor I heard, that's allowed on this board right? If not please delete my posts, I am just trying to help on what some of the insiders might know.

I also don't know any details, but likely either growth hormones or roids. A year sounds pretty harsh for that.

I would tend to feel a lot better if the was corroborating evidence if that was the case... I would tend to regard that as a pretty serious allegation.

I hope this rumor is not true. the last thing the OSU football program needs is speculation about rampant roid use and another PR beating.

doesn't look good when we have a 270lb. DE running a 4.49 40 and benching 225 46 times and another player failing a test (rumor of course)

Jesus, Mili. Bringing up that Wiscy game in 99' just made me want to throw something at my dog. I took my brother to his first OSU game that day and all I remember is sitting on the closed side endzone (at that time) watching Wiley fumble away everything he touched and Dayne running over OSU like he was a Sherman tank in field of styrofoam.

God, I hate thinking about that game.

Could it have been a supplement that lead to a positive test? That may explain a short suspension...

NCAA Drug Policy

Many nutritional/dietary supplements contain NCAA banned substances. In addition, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not strictly regulate the supplement industry; therefore purity and safety of nutritional/dietary supplements cannot be guaranteed. Impure supplements may lead to a positive NCAA drug test. The use of supplements is at the student-athlete's ownrisk. Student-athletes should contact their institution's team physician or athletic trainer for further information.
