I think it's more Koy McFarland left and when they do the ruling they were supposed to do early jan. He can be a fulll time coach with on field responsibilites

He can coach on the field currently. They changed the title “graduate assistant” to “graduate student coach.” They also added a 3 year max on the time one person can stay in that role.

Yes that's why they made him a Grad Assistant instead of analyst. They just have a time limit on that which the new rules was supposed to get around you could hire full time on field assisants though I still think they weren't allowed to recruit off campus like the 10 countable
