Tom Cruise is one of those guys who I don't feel is a very good actor BUT who can very good (or even great) when matched in roles that match his limited range.

Similar to Kevin Costner or (yes, even) Keanu Reeves.

Finding Neverland

About J.M. Barrie (played by Depp) who wrote Peter Pan and the family that inspired him to write it. It was very interesting, but I like fact based historical stuff like this.

Pain and Gain.

Terrible. Just freakin' awful. I guess, I just didn't get it. The movie wanted to be a comedy, but it's based on glamorizing and supremely exaggerating a true life story of kidnap, torture, extortion, and murder. And even then it wasn't funny. If I was the family of one of the victims I don't know if I'd be more pissed that the movie made a humorous attempt to glorify these bumbling criminals or that the movie failed so terribly at doing so. Waste of 2 hours.
