I think Craig wants out, hopefully he does at least 1 more, I like his Bond a lot

That was before Skyfall made a billion dollars (literally) and Craig signed on for 2 more Bonds, so it's pretty likely we'll see at least one more with him as 007 and the new M and Q and Moneypenny and Mr.T etc.

I think he was already contracted for 2 more before the story of him wanting out..unless he made a new agreement that i was unaware of

The story was probably old to begin with, considering it came from Rolling Stone, but since his quote was "I?ve been trying to get out of this from the very moment I got into it", I really never took that story too seriously anyway.

More quotage:

I get a huge kick out of doing this and I can see doing another film. The whole point of this is they take such a chunk out of your life. I’m contracted to two, by the way, which is fairly common. I can see the next one. Beyond that, there’s so much work involved, bringing it together. I’d love to do another movie. That’s what I’m trying to say in a very roundabout way.

Had pretty low expectations going in but ended up liking it. Not something I'll watch over and over but Soderbergh's camera work really gives it a different feel than usual for the genre.

91% - Safety Not Guaranteed - Rotten Tomatoes

I think that rating is a little generous (I would vote 73%), but it was an enjoyable movie and interesting exploration into humanity, dreams, regrets and expectations. Without Aubrey Plaza (April Ludgate from Parks & Rec), this would have been an average movie. It's the same role but she fits it perfectly.

Mark Duplass (Pete Eckhart from The League) stars opposite Aubrey and fits the role, albeit more seriously than I would have expected.

The trailer looked a lot funnier than the actual movie, though it had its infrequent moments.

Skyfall

Until the last 45 minutes, I felt this was an average Bond film with great cinematography and provided great depth to the character but lacked the greatness of Casino Royale and the other greats (albeit a huge step up from the Quantum disaster). In the end, I think it still fell well short of Royale but was a great addition to the canon.

The bond villain was phenomenal, something that is often lacking in bond films. Among my favorites of all time in this series.

Not a fan of the new Q at all. Perhaps he'll grow on me, but he has the personality of a computer screen. There are plenty of ways to blend cocky nerd with humor and sass yet they opted instead for annoying wunderkid.

Rotten Tomatoes gave it 92%, I would put it at 87-88.

The King's Speech

Inspiring voyage of one man's tremendous struggle with the world on the brink of destruction. Worthy of the accolades it received.

Those looking for action will already have passed this by, but those who can appreciate superb acting, dialogue, characters and history will enjoy this film.

The Hobbit:

Having never read the book, I was entertained by it, and it held my interest. In the grand scheme of things though, I really felt like I was watching Lord of the Rings, only with different characters. Which isn't a bad thing, but I'll look forward to seeing the rest of the trilogy. Can't wait to see this dragon. They did a good job of keeping you enticed. Also, the eye of the dragon in the end looked a lot like Sauron's "all seeing eye" in the LOTRs. Not sure if that was foreshadowing or not.
