If you liked Ace Ventura you'll like this one too. A good movie for the whole family and it was only 75 cents.

Watched Source Code...

Liked it a lot and the ending put a nice smile on my face.

I was very pleasantly surprised with Source Code but would probably have preferred a less "Hollywood" (ie happy) ending.

I tend to be a big fan of ambiguity when it comes to stories regarding the nature of reality. Not knocking the ending at all...just not my preference (which is actually why I like the alternate Limitless ending better than the theatrical one).

Speaking of which it's actually been a pretty fantastic time for the genre as of late...Source Code, Sucker Punch, Inception, The Adjustment Bureau even Tron: Legacy.

If you read The Devil in The White City by Erik Larson, this is a really good documentary that expands on the murderous legacy of Herman Mudgett, aka H.H Holmes (who, by the way, attended the University of Michigan for medical school.).

And some pretty awesome antics from Paul Giamatti. Loved this movie.

Ditto. It really was a sweet film. I loved just about all the characters...his wife was awesome and his buddies/assistant coaches (Jeffrey Tambor & Bobby Cannavale) were great.

"He placed second at 119 as a sophmore in Ohio"

"Ohio's tough!"

Damn straight!

BTW the kid playing Kyle really was the NJ 119 lb champ as a Soph. He beat the defending 112lb champ in the semi's & destroyed the kid he faced in the finals 15-5 (who placed 3rd at 112 the previous year).

Edit:

Found a story on Shaffer's state title run.
