Over the last month or so, I've been catching up with some older movies I haven't seen yet.

Solid action movies. Enjoyable movies, fun chase scenes. I don't know that I'd watch them again, but they're fun for what they are.

I don't know if I just don't care for John Wayne or what, but I was disappointed watching this. Meh.

Nothing earth-shattering here. Not as cute as Juno, but not as intolerable as a lot of this genre seems to be.

Bridesmaids.... the females thought it was hilarious.. the guys... ehhhhhhhhhhh... not

Country Strong - Paltrow was excellent... worth the time

Kings Speech - I liked it

127 Hours - boring

Love and Other Drugs - nope

Inside Job - liked it a lot

Bridesmaids.... the females thought it was hilarious.. the guys... ehhhhhhhhhhh... not-I was thinking of going to see this because it got good reviews but you're right, it does seem a bit too much like a chick flick and chicks trying to be funny is usually a big, fat fail.

Country Strong - Paltrow was excellent... worth the time-Might check this one.

Kings Speech - I liked it-As did I.

127 Hours - boring-Agreed and I also thought they played too much into that extreme kind of lifestyle, the main character was a dickwad.

Love and Other Drugs - nope-Never heard of it.

Inside Job - liked it a lot-It's on my to see list.

"The King's Speech" -- Excellent movie, even better than I expected because it had such a light touch. Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush are two of the best classical actors working today, and I enjoyed Guy Pearce in his small role too.
