Well since we were talking about how Colt McCoy played better defenses than Clausen I guess I could see where Chris Johnson would come into the argument. The facts are there, the Big12 had horrible defense in 08 and only a little better in 09.

What in the flying fuck does that have to do with two RB's currently playing the NFL!!!!!????!!!!

Are you fucking high man? You have to be in order to come up with that kind of comparison.

Wait a minute, you inparticular said you didnt care what Kiper said on the radio. I guess you must be listening to 97.1 and the screw jobs they have taking NFL football, that is more acceptable, yes? Like I said, at this time of year everyone is lying about their intentions. It will be before the 30th pick that the 2nd QB is taken. I guess you could go withwaltercamp or a more reputable source than some radio station.

didn't your dumbass say you wouldn't respond to me? :slappy:

BTW I didn't mention anyone's mock (and certainly not Kiper's), but there have been RUMORS (LOOK IT UP) about Clausen falling since the McNabb trade. You are the dumbass you can't seem to grasp that yet another pampered and overrated Ntre Ame QB is going to drop in the draft, Mr. Rhabuf.

[And I am talking about runningbacks right now.

Thread title: Cleveland Browns (2010 season).

Fail.

No you weren't. You quoted Buckeneye's post about Chris Johnson being the best RB in the NFL, and responded to that quote with a nonsensical Big 12 defense comment.

I agree. I think that it probably wouldn't be such a wild concept to take McCoy in the 2nd and perhaps try to grab Shipley in the early 4th if he's there. I know it's not everything, but those two have amazing chemistry.
I would not mind those two picks either however I just wonder if Shipley as the speed to spread the field that Holmgren says he wants. I also don't know if he would be there in the fourth round.

I personally don't care about McCoy or the newest incarnation of Checkdown Jesus...WE NEED SECONDARY HELP. LOTS OF IT. If that means Barry, or trading down, or whatever, so be it...we scored plenty of points at the end of the year when we ran the ball effectively...alas, we also gave up a ton to teams like Kansas [censored]ing City. We need secondary help, secondary help, and secondary help, then maybe some lineman. A project QB is just not all that critical right now. Hell, with Jake the Overthrow and Seneca the Wild(cat), it looks like they have who they want in the short term...a guy in the middle rounds that can sit for a couple of years (like Kolb did) is perfect right now.
I take it that you might be pretty mad if the Browns would take Jared Odrick or Trent Williams in the first round and do not select a DB with their first choice:)

Not really, he jumped all over me about the defenses and then when I posted the NCAA stats he started talking about Chris Johnson.

Is this your first time being on ANY forum? Seriously, I'm not being sarcastic, that's an honest question.

Becuase the Chris Johnson comment was a direct quote from Jwins... allow me to clarify.

7. Peterson - :shake: 5th most carries, most tds, best RB period. 94 att, AD had 314.

To which I replied...

Bold part would be true if Chris Johnson wasn't in the league.

A completely different conversation with a completely different person. Then you go and do this.

hatehineygate;1687606; said:
I guess after seeing how bad the big12 defenses were you decided that wasnt a good argument?

As if it was possible making yourself look like a bigger jackass - you proved me wrong. So, your right, I did bring up CuJo, but not with you - and not in line with our back and forth about college defenses.

Like I said, you have to be severely wasted when you post because its obviously not me that's gone crazy here.

This is where my tolerance of your sarcastic bull[censored] is pretty much at a limit. Especially when its not even in the remote area of intelligent or right.

Chris Johnson is the best back in the league because of

A) The production he's given the last two years specifically this year showing what he's capable of when there's a remotely credible passing threat from the QB.

b) The fact that he's also a great pass recieving option but more importantly isn't a god damn turnover machine like ADP is - thereby putting his team is awful positions to lose games. Great Example, Peterson vs Saints in the redzone. I understand its a team game, but if you were asking me who I would take right now on my team CuJo would be it.

So unless you forgot the obligatory smile ( <--- example ) then you can feel free to dismiss yourself by even suggesting a reference of college defenses v NFL defenses.

Almost forgot.... :tongue2:

funny, I had no idea two different convos were going on here.

Well, I responded to your post while wondering why you decided to jump in the middle of a RB conversation with this little bit...

I still couldn't make heads or tails of what you were talking about and you haven't even begun to clarify why you felt the need to bring up Big12 defenses when its obvious the conversation had (momentarily) shifted to NFL RB's.

So yeah.... would you like a few more straws to grasp at or we good here?

You slow, bro?
Mocking retarded people? Nice.
Two drops by someone named Robby Parris on long balls.
If knowing who Robby Parris is is your definition of slow, I'd hate to hear what you'd call someone ignorant of his existence.
The only thing they had a problem with was his footwork, pace and they even stated it was because he just had toe surgery.
More intentional falsehoods...
Yet while most of Clausen's passes were on the mark, the timing of his throws seemed off at times. His pass placement also was nothing out of the ordinary.
placement also was nothing out of the ordinary. Pass catchers were intermittently extending vertically or reaching backwards to make the grab. On a number of occasions Clausen overshot his downfield targets.
There were some good reviews of clausen's pro day, but don't treat us like we're idiots that can't read
