The expectations on Wilson's offense are just slightly higher now.Barrett has his limitations, but the talent and skill at Wilson's disposal is miles ahead of anything he's had in Bloomington. Also, in Bloomington his offense shifted drastically according to their talent. They would shift to being a two headed monster running team one year, and a wide open passing team the next.
I do not recall Wilson's Indiana teams gashing OSU with the run and then deciding, boy, that's working too well, let's center the offense around the inefficient parts because it worked well a decade ago at Florida (until it didn't, in spectacular fashion).
