Kevin (Tim “Asshat” Racadb) Warren (ex-B1G Commissioner)

It's becoming more and more evident how much Kevin Warren jumped the gun on the season, and screwed the B1G. When the rest of the conferences were moving forward and said they would decide to alter the season when they saw fit, Warren decided early to mail it in, and looked like a tool when the other commissioners left him out in the cold and said they were playing football through hell and high water. I'm not saying tOSU would've beaten Bama with more games, but I think more players would have better draft information on themselves by getting to play 13gms, if only the B1G rules weren't so rigid. Teams in other conferences found alternate teams to play with a week or so notice, as opposed to the B1G who just cancelled games flat out. I think it's not out of the realm of possibility that our defense plays better by season's end with a few early OOC games, and/or getting to play Maryland, Illinois and scUM.

He was at the Iowa-Grand Canyon game last night. He played for Grand Canyon in the mid-80s. I’m not sure which team he was rooting for, but I’m guessing not the B1G team.

The B1G does get more $$$ from the NCAA "basketball fund" when a conference team advances to the next round. However, maybe Warren is only concerned about his lucrative salary; and I'm sure it comes off the top before the B1G doles out any $$$ to anyone else.
