From the ND site...says the visit for the USC game helped ND's chances...talks aobut talking with Coach Brown and Coach Weis...will come out with a narrowed list after his Oklahoma visit and still plans to announce on Christmas Day.

Josh Shaw, a top defensive back from Palmdale who is among the Southland's most coveted uncommitted recruits, was spotting wearing a University of Florida T-shirt on Friday.

Shaw is considering the Gators following an official visit, but he also has visited Ohio State, Notre Dame and LSU, and he has a planned trip to Oklahoma in two weeks.

Shaw also is considering USC.

Talks about how Shaw has been a regular at USC games this season. With their history of playing freshman and their tradition, they're looking more appealing. Shaw has plans to use his final official to visit Oklahoma but is considering changing that to USC. Regardless, he plans on attending the USC/UCLA game.

By Brian Snow...talks about how his team has been improving since their 0-2 start...has taken official visits to Florida, LSU, Notre Dame, and Ohio State and has made an unofficial to USC...will make a final official visit to Oklahoma...says he is still high on OSU and has a good relationship with Coach Johnson.

He was actually very interested in Da U and wanted to hear from them, I think Miami is a VERY serious player.

Seems like a great athlete. I would think he could come in and compete right away for a starting cb spot.....and I feel the same with LJ at safety. There will be some SERIOUS competition in our secondary next year. We could have to replace Chimdi and we will replace two starting safeties. We could be very green next year in the secondary. Glad we recruit it so well. Go Bucks

Shaws planned visit to Oklahoma for this weekend has been cancelled. Miami offered last Saturday and Shaw has more interest in them than the Sooners. He's graduating early so this visit and one more unofficial to Florida will be it for him. He'll be announcing at the Under Armour AA game.

Another unofficial visit to Florida.....not sure that can be a positive thing for Osu, especially with Ronald Powell in his ear talking up UF.
