How many kids refer to OSU as "that school up north?" (the answer is not many) Did they hold OSU offers? (probably not)

More importantly, Jordan Hicks doesn't refer to OSU as "That school up North," and he is the only recruit relevant in this thread.

Lakota West senior LB Jordan Hicks won't be visiting Alabama this weekend, according to the Lakota West athletic department.

"He may reschedule for later in the year," Lakota West sports information director Todd Hummer said.

Hicks told reporters Monday he was considering an official visit to Alabama this weekend. Hicks also told reporters he is considering an official visit to USC on Nov. 28.

Hicks is considering (no particular order) Texas, USC, Ohio State, Florida and Alabama.

We have two things going for us. He loves the staff. He has indicated he is very close to the coaches. More so than at the other schools. The second factor is distance. He's only 1 1/2 hours from home. Mom is a big influence on where JH will go. I say 50/50. OSU, Texas. Florida is the dark horse IMO. He will not go to USC.
