Everyone just wait, because next year is going to be one hell of a ride. You think the players will be motivated? Just watch Tressel. He's going to learn from this and I think will do his best coaching job yet.

No, my arm hasn't broken from patting myself on the back.

JT has redefined "Tresselball". It was once thought of as a conservative offense with great D and ST. Well, look at those 2002-2003 teams when the term was coined. No disrespect to those guys, but they weren't the most explosive offensively. CK was a game manager and JT let him do just that...limit mistakes and chip away with short to intermediate passes and the very occasional bomb. MoC gave him the running game, but that phase struggled when he imploded and we were left with Lydell. 2004 was a transitional year. Fast forward to 2005 and the emergence of Troy and Pitt. In comes the spread offense and much more explosive offense. 2006 saw that offense evolve even further. Now here we are in 2007. JT has another stud RB and a QB who excels at the deep ball and game management. The myth of JT being a conservative coach is just that: a myth. He is an expert at adapting to the skill sets of his personnel. He was at YSU and he is now. There is no better coach out there.

Jim Tressel doesn't get the credit he deserves. As more and more teams go through the motions, come out flat, get upset, Tressel continues to go out and exceed expectations each and every year. I believe he's the best coach in college football.

I have never seen an offense evolve under one coach in 5 years like ours has under JT.

We went from a rock'em sock'em team in 2002 when we had #13 and CK.

2005 and 2006 we were a legit spread team with TS and TGII.

2007 we are a true balanced attack with Todd the Bomber, Beanie Wells, and one hell of an OL.

I can't think of another coach who can adapt to his personnel as well as JT does.
