Tressel Sells Home In Upper Arlington
Tuesday January 31, 2012

UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio - Former Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel sold his home in Upper Arlington, 10TV News reported on Tuesday.

The house was sold to Columbus automobile dealer Bobby Layman.

Tressel was levied with a show-cause penalty from the NCAA in December, several months after he was asked to resign as coach in the wake of a scandal surrounding some of his players trading football memorabilia for tattoos.

He and his wife, Ellen, have a home in Sarasota, Fla.

The past is the past. Good luck, Coach Tressel. To be very frank, I don't think he will find much traction for a sports administration job at a major school. It's sad, because the life effect is so out of proportion to the offense, especially relative to so many other coaches. That said, he has one person to blame. Very, very sad.

I'd just like to see Coach Tress back doing something again. I'll always love him, no matter what. The way he dominated those fuckers up north will always mean more to me than anything.

It is really strange that Urban Meyer is back at the school where he received his Master's degree and Jim Tressel is back at the school where he received his.
