Or that he's going elsewhere. I'd be shocked if he retired.

Agreed, I think he's got a few good years left in the tank. He could do wonders for a team like the Cardinals, Bears, Chiefs, or the Seahawks.

Given that only one of those 4 teams play indoors, I'll go with the Cardinals. (They can't SERIOUSLY think Kevin Kolb is their answer at starting QB)

He'll be 36 in March and he's coming off of a serious neck injury. If I were the Colts, I'd bet on him not being healthy/effective, free up the cap space, and bring in a cheap veteran to be a stop-gap until Luck is ready. Or just keep Curtis Painter in there and get another top-5 pick for next year.

Why all that hate for Manning? Suggesting that he play behind the Bears OL is akin to loading a revolver with six bullets in the cylinder and handing it to him to play Russian Roulette. First play of the game and he's dead.

At windy ass Soldier Field none the less... I was just throwing teams who could really use QB's when thinking of potential destinations for #18.

Id be happy for Tress of he were Indy's coach. But if they don't hire him, I'm hoping the Clowns errr Browns hire him after next year, once they get rid of terrible Shurmurrrr

God no! I could never imagine rooting against Tressel! Here's to hoping he becomes Indy's next HC. I may actually respect them a bit more. Who knows, maybe I'll hop off the delusional bus in Cincinnati and jump on the Colts bandwagon. Can't be fair-weather if their franchise QB just retired! :tongue2:
