He's the anti-Bielema. There's basically nothing about him to dislike as far as I can tell.

Seems like a really good guy, and universally respected. It is pretty impressive what he's done at Minny. Time will tell if he can maintain, or even improve upon it. Hopefully Minny learned their lesson after cutting Mason loose and is happy with a guy that can occasionally get them 8-9 wins and being competitive.
