Agree with what's already been said here.

The timing suggests a decision by the DA that there is not enough evidence to charge. The DA in Tallahassee isn't going to arrest him 2 days before the conference championship game. Arguably a sad reality, but true nonetheless.

My only question is whether or not it'll be televised live on ESPN with Jim Gray.

My only question is if they'll be announcing some stuff on cleaning up the local PD and how they plan on keeping this kind of shit from happening like that again.

Nah - it's ok if he gets off scot free. Something happened - no one is denying that. But it illustrated that the Tallashittee PD is corrupt as well.

Not Guilty =/= Innocent

And let's hope that he enjoys himself on the banquet tour that will accompany his Heisman candidacy and all the hoopla around that too. I mean that type of attention never ever affects a player going into a big game right? Right.
