Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

Happily, I'm inexperienced with police procedures. So, is the process that they'd charge him, he'd go to court with his attorney and the judge would determine if he was to be detained or given bail? Or, would he just be allowed to hang out until his trial date? (I haven't watched Law & Order for a long time--just not up to speed.)

Im probably just as inexperienced as you. Just from what I have read is that it would be charges filed and something that would be duked out in court while Jamo is on bail.

ESPN is happy to report though that Winston was named ACC POY! (didn't that coming at all)

If they decide to charge him, he'd be given a set time frame to turn himself in (I think), and that's when he would be 'booked'. Then he'd be arraigned and then set free on bail although I could see them allowing him to post bail with the arraignment later on...unless they decide he's a flight risk or something....

Unfortunately I do have such experience, and the actual process is very different.

He would first be cuffed and have his head slammed against the trunk of the cruiser before being tossed in the back seat.

Upon arriving at the station he would be repeatedly violated with knight sticks, then thrown into a cell with a biker named Bruno with whom he would establish a long term physical relationship and continue to correspond well after his release.

Along the way he would acquire a tramp stamp that read simply "NACHO".

So is that experience what was responsible for your rather...um...unique physical posture?

If you read this... and Winston gets off scott free... there should be a [Mark May] storm

http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefoo...l-assualt-investigation-jameis-winston-120513

1. Victim was totally unable to give consent
2. A witness to the assault
3. Victim immediately subjects herself to a rape kit
4. Victim identifies Winston 5 wks later
5. Winston's DNA match

6. Everything points to no charges will be filed

ESPN (Shelley Smith) says that they have a "Trusted source" that claims she was well under the legal limit and was not impaired. Inferred that the woman is lying and toxicology reports she was not drunk.
