So the people standing in the room watching Winston have sex with this girl have more credibility than the girl? It doesn't seem like highly biased witnesses would elevate it above a "he said she said" situation. In fact, doesn't the fact that most people don't want to be watched while they are having sex make it MORE likely that it wasn't consensual?

Until we start punishing women for filing false claims then these cases will continue to increase. Yes I know I'm a jackass and it is hard for legitimate rape victims but it goes both ways.

I'm having a hard time concluding from his statements that this was a "false claim." An accuser "not being able to remember" and a state attorney deciding they cannot succeed at prosecution and thus not to proceed aren't the same thing as verifying a complaint was totally fabricated.
