What's that matter? That's what attorney's are for.
Jameis' credibility is more the issue than that of his mouthpiece.
Maybe.

all thats easy to say when your buddies wont testify against you and when it happened 2 years ago
Maybe they didn't want to testify cause they might implicate themselves in some conduct that would land them in their own hearings.
I think I read that the justice said he will have his decision before Christmas.Regardless it will be drug out until after the last football game and Winston has no intention of coming back to FSU next year anyway.
The media is telling me that he didn't want to testify to make sure he didn't implicate himself in creminole or civil cases. I personally think he read the script he was given and his attorney didn't want him up there just saying whatever popped in his head. Good chance he could dig a pretty big hole for himself in cross examination, or even with the Justice questioning him. I'm surprised though that him reading in testimony wouldn't open him up for cross examination. My years of watching Law and Order tells me that in anything but kangaroo court that would be the case.Maybe they didn't want to testify cause they might implicate themselves in some conduct that would land them in their own hearings.
Rape is a vicious crime. The only thing as vicious as rape is falsely accusing someone of rape.
Fair enough.
But rape is still more vicious.
Just saying

Allegedly.Fair enough.

I didn't even consider your point until, well, reading it here first. Amazing what some highly (or even moderately) educated adults can live with when it comes to moral standing.By itself, this is a completely asinine thing to say and nothing less would be expected from an idiot like Winskrong. But what makes this even more pathetic, is the fact that Jameis did not write his prepared statement: his lawyers, tutors and PR people collectively worked together on it, and this moronic piece of [Mark May] was what resulted from their best efforts.
If this idiot can get away with playing the victim card, anybody can.
