Jameis Winston (QB Browns)

Give his lawyer some credit here, at least they didn't try to play the race card.

Having perused his lawyer's twitter account before, I'd be shocked if he didn't pull the race card. He's repeatedly used that in the past couple months.
More likely that part of his "speech" just hasn't been quoted in the news.

Jameis Winston reads graphic statement giving his side of story

Jameis Winston read a statement proclaiming his innocence at Wednesday's conclusion of his code-of-conduct hearing. Warning: There are graphic details of his sexual encounter with the accuser.

In case it hasn't already been posted, here's what Jameis has to say: http://www.foxsports.com/college-fo...hearing-rape-accuser-says-hes-innocent-120314

Wow, he sounds quite articulate.

Hard to believe the same well reasoned, articulate, mature young man who wrote that is the same guy who was immature, impulsive and reckless enough to do thousands of dollars in property damage, engage in petty theft and scream "fuck her right in the pussy!" in public.

It just doesn't add up.

He must be innocent.

I feel chagrined for even doubting him.

Dat's some skrong articulation den.

Re: "it is in my best interests to exercise my right pursuant to Rule 6C2R-3.004 (6)(d)of the Florida State University Student Code of Conduct and answer questions when experienced lawyers and other experts can assist me".

The lawyer was no dummy, he even wrote that into Winston's statement.

Hire? You think he hired him at $500+/hour? Can you say pro bono? Can you even say Sonny Bono?
And yes, I realize you know there is no way in the world he actually hired him.

After reading the entire statement, are you sure it wasn't "pro boner"?
