It's a joke. It's not a trial; no fifth amendment rights apply. It's a university sanctioned disciplinary hearings and if a student--particularly a student-athlete--refuses to take part, they can be punished. As disgusting as that sham hearing is, I'm not really surprised. Did anyone really expect anything else at that school?
