J.J. McCarthy (once a tCun, always a tCun)

Feels so good posting this

That looked like the one where he would always sprint toward the sideline to his right and throw to the receiver by the sideline for a completion. But now that he's in the NFL he doesn't have anywhere near the speed to make it all the way to the sideline, so the only options are to throw it away or throw it to the other team.

If he was as bright and well coached as UM fans proclaimed, he would have put it in the 2nd row. No harm, no foul and nobody would blame him for it.

Most of his damage came against the camp fodder. He still struggles with ball placement under pressure and on the move, as shown by the pick.

The scramble for a conversion on 3rd and 5 is a sack in the regular season. Especially when you miss your primary against 1 cover on a levels concept. That #3 is viable and immediate when won inside, even against single high. All that depends is the depth and leverage of that single high. But that's a wide open NFL throw he either didn't see/anticipate or feel comfortable ripping.

I'd question where your eyes are and if you're understanding of said depth and leverage if you work to the #2 so fast.

I didn't watch it, but it turns out he had a pretty good second half unfortunately. Oh well, at least the Raiders lost, so I got that going for me.
2017. Cleveland Browns went 4-0 in preseason, and 0-16 in the regular season.
Preseason doesn't mean much. Like others said, it was against 3rd stringers.
Who here really thinks he has a boo-boo on his knee?
Who here thinks they're trying to save face to not have to put him out there for a couple of weeks?
