Iowa @ tOSU, Sat Oct 22, 12pm, FOX

No, I complain when people defend that idiot Tim Brando. Scoring 77 on a MAC team isn’t something to crow about. And if you watched Jim Knowles’ comments on the Tuesday after the game, you saw he agreed with me.

You know what the great thing about a long football season while having a great defensive mind like Knowles is? There’s tons of film, tons of time to adapt and learn. If you think this team is playing like they played in Week 3 against Toledo, I’m not sure what there is to say to you.

Since you love to use Michigan as a measuring stick, they gave up just shy of 300 yards on defense against Iowa. The Silver Bullets gave up 158 while also finishing the game +4 in TO margin. It’s almost as if they are improving as the season goes on similar to how a lot of the great Buckeye teams of the past have done.

Sit back and relax a little. It ain’t that serious to be a fan.

Jesus Klatt going with the "OSU hasn't played anybody" talking point.
We can’t help it that ND isn’t any good. But he’s right. OSU’s SOS so far is really weak. And PSU isn’t very good either. There really are only 2 good teams in the conference and we don’t really know how good Michigan is because they haven’t played anyone either. Their nonconference schedule was weaker than ours.

They’d better not get caught looking ahead to The Game or Bielema’s Illini might surprise them. That probably won’t happen but UI has a strong running game. Could be a trap game.
