Roby tried going low last game and got jumped over. Trying to hit a TE in the waist is how Roby gets trucked. The rule is absurd. Launching your shoulder into his chest was his best shot at doing his job.

The college targeting rule is different than the NFL. You don't necessarily have to hit the head in college, hence "neck area".

Remember what they said before the season, "when in doubt, throw them out."

Except underneadth the shoulderpads is not the neck area nor can it be confused with the neck area. It's a bad call...
