Indians Tidbits (2009 season)

Tribe are facing the Yankees on TBS's Sunday afternoon game for those of us who don't get to see the ineptitude live.

Pavano survives a lead-off double and surrenders 0 runs in the top of the 1st. Tribe coming to the plate.

The commentator calling the game today looks straight out of the 70's. Who is it? I am watching the Bucks play and flipping to the Tribe everyone once in a while.

Wouldnt it figure the one time the Indians are on TV in Oklahoma is the same day the Bucks baseball team is on.

The great closer, Dennis Eckersley.

These guys stink.

Pavano pitches real well, gets 1 out in the 8th, but lets 1 on before leaving.

Then, Raffy Perez gives up a double and Betancourt gets 3 pitches into the count against Teixeira before messing his leg up and having to come out...embarrassing.

2nd and 3rd one out. Herges coming on. 4-2.
