Indiana Hoosiers (2025 National Champions)

The best thing I saw

Josh Hoover was bleeding everywhere.

During the second quarter of Indiana's 52-16 win over North Texas, Hoover had his helmet ripped off on a facemask penalty.

When he got up, blood was pouring from his nose. He didn't leave the game.

Three plays later, with blood still covering his face, Hoover threw a touchdown pass to Charlie Becker.

Hoover kept playing and finished his Indiana debut 13-of-16 for 231 yards and four touchdowns.

Three coaches who could really use a do-over

And then there's Sonny Dykes.

TCU got a head start on everyone else by opening the season in Ireland during Week 0.

It lost 15-10 to North Carolina. That's already bad.

It gets a little funnier when you remember how much time Dykes spent this offseason talking about Josh Hoover's interceptions.

Hoover made his Indiana debut Saturday and threw four touchdown passes without turning the ball over.

Just sayin': So far it appears that Cig is still batting 100% on picking QBs out of the transfer portal.
