Game Thread Indiana at tOSU, Sat. Nov. 23, 12pm ET, FOX

That and their douche of a coach need humbled fast
Btw speaking of douche of a coach. Did anyone listen to his presser today?

Do yourself a favor and don't. My goodness is this guy such a douche. Bringing up basically how all he knows is winning.

He’s one of those guys that if he’s not your HC you hate him.

He’s such a tool. We can’t lose this game just for the fact that his post game interviews would be out of this world conceded.

Not a fan. Arrogance doesn't look good on anyone. Hoping he gets a good taste of humility on Saturday.
He’s next fucking level.

If we win I’m going out looking for his post game presser.

If Indiana wins (and I think they can because the matchups aren’t as skewed as you think) I won’t be around once the clock hits 0:00 anyways.

Speaking of matchups. There’s two I don’t like in this game. Their defensive ends vs our tackles and their WRs vs our corners. If our tackles hold up and give Will time and especially if our corners do a good enough job defending the back shoulder stuff I like our chances to cover.

Conversely there’s a few I like. I like our DL vs their OL, our WRs vs their DBs, and our RBs vs their LBs. Overall I think their DL vs our OL is a push because I think our interior can get the job done. I guess the primary worry is their skill vs our Corners which I’ve said a few times now.

Last thing… and the biggest of all I think.

Ohio stadium has got to freaking bring it. They’ve got to be the force I know they can be in big games. We can’t wait for big plays to get excited we’ve got to bring it from the kick. There should be multiple time outs and penalties because of the crowd. The players should be able to feed off the energy and the environment alone should be too much for Indiana (let alone the vastly superior team).

My concern on D is our tendency this year to give up 3rd and long plays. On O we need to be more physical. It could be a close game
going into the 4th quarter but our OL needs to wear Indy down and we need to be able to run the ball.
Yeah that’s the big issue right… have to get off the field when we can. We cannot let them bleed the clock otherwise we’ll likely lose (baring turnovers etc).

If we start fast I like our chances. If Indiana is rusty early I like our chances. If they start hot and score on their first possession then we are in for a fight.

I think Coach Day is looking to prove a point this weekend with an angry team looking for fresh blood in the water.

I have a feeling after listening to him tonight, that the Bucks will be going for the jugular.
I agree that the boys seem oddly focused today. The benefit of this team is they know what’s at stake inherently and they know the feeling of elimination to their bones.

I bet Indiana will be confident but after watching some of their games i think the guys will reach a level Indiana cannot touch.

Bucks 34 and IU 24

I'm worried about starting slow. I would not be surprised if we are trailing at half time.
Playoffs begin Saturday at the Shoe
Same. We have got to stop starting slow.

Even in the Oregon game you could sense when we lose momentum (Judkins fumble).

I have to admit I wish we’d start games on offense. The reason why? If we fail then it’s a punt but if we fail on defense the first drive it’s a touchdown.
