Somehow i have a feeling that they won't be showing the replay of illinois big run, their longest play of the day by far...and if they do they will cut it off before the fumble...they act like that never happened

Fumble or not he got that far out in the open field.

the reason i can't seem to let that fumble go is because the second it happened you knew that it COMPLETLY would have changed the entire game had they made the correct call...it made me so angry just knowing that bad call would be haunting the entire rest of the game

Are picks legal in CFB?

Only when you run right at the guy, lower your shoulder, and take him out apparently. Chekwa got picked horribly and I am shocked that didn't get called. Refs should have called that fumble (it obviously was a fumble) but we gave up the huge run, so it's still our own fault. Our offense looks awful right now but the OL has not done their job at all. The inside is not there, run to the perimeters. Has anyone else other than me realized that all of our success running the ball is on stretches, sweeps, or other outside runs. Defense just needs to get it together...they've had some bad calls go against them but it's no excuse and they need to step it up. I'm pissed right now but our Bucks will come out ready to play next half, so let's be there for 'em.

I really hate to be saying these things....

but the stuff that we have seen today may be more than just a mentally unprepared team....

defense is giving up way to much right up the belly. Just going to stop here cuz that thought alone is frightening...

offense: jackel-hyde. Looks great at times, looks horrible at other times. Hopefully we'll have a healthy Wells for the second half and pull this one out. And it would be nice if we don't hear from any of these players, on either side of the ball, talk about their NFL intentions for the rest of the season....

sure the long run let the air out. are you arguing that the Buck's having the ball on the 20 with a 7-0 lead wouldn't have reinflated it?

i'll be back on later... i'm going to have a heart attack now.
No...I'm arguing that THE PLAY IS OVER.

It was the wrong call.

I think we...as Ohio State fans...have had enough calls go the OTHER WAY...to realize that there's still a ballgame to play.

If being tied 7-7 at home, being undefeated, having the defense that we have, and then running right down the field and scoring...getting all the fans back in the game, and still looking like the #1 team in the country...

isn't enough to get us back in the game...

well...that is deflating...isn't it...

Since thw end of week 1 the last two weeks have been the only to concern me ( though psu was a worry as well later...so much for that) but hey weve got a football game on our hands, lets just keep going for the win and hope tressel and the boys do the same.

I know they run the option but Williams is getting a lot of time to throw the ball. I think we might have one sack.

Everyone needs to step up this second half. We gotta get the running game going and start controlling time of possession.

They made the huge run on us, but the guy FUMBLED, people are acting like illinois deserved the play but the guy turned the ball over, it was clear to me when i saw it live. You don't think keeping a zero on the scoreboard in that situation versus cracking our defense made a huge difference?
