If defensive staff changes are coming, who should OSU be looking to hire?

His numbers with pass defense at Wisconsin were similar to our golden years with the previous staff defensively. LOVE this hire. He also has co-coordinating experience as well so that could be a big asset chemistry wise as well.

Although I'm not crazy about the allegations, I'm not going to criticize LJ sr. for the alleged negative recruiting. This is big boy football and the name of the recruiting game is to get a kid to sign his name on LOI day. Not quite by any means necessary, but pretty damn close. It might be nice to think that everyone else is using negative crap.... but to think that tOSU is only touting the wonderfulness that is Columbus, OH and not the shortfalls of our rivals' schools; I just don't think it's very realistic.

Having never been a big-time recruit, I can't speak from experience, but I imagine that recruiting is a lot like campaigning for political office (or winning at Survivor). Going in, you know you're going to be surrounded by lies and (at best) half-truths. It's your job to filter through the BS and figure out what is legit.
