Your Buckeyes are the 2011 Men's Volleyball National Champs.

Put that in your Escalade and smoke it.

I caught their match against Wiscy. We don't have a men's team at Nebraska, just women's. Men's volleyball, at that level, is a hell of a fast sport. It's all big swings and big blocks. So much different than the women's game.

I'm a huge VB fan. I would love it if Nebraska got a men's team due to their Big Ten membership.

Why is everything you love now up for debate? IF people are dirty, they'll be purged, then what you love about tOSU will remain, and it will have been there the entire time. Unless, that is, what you loved is telling other people that no one involved with tOSU in the last ten years was an asshole. Which, with 100+ players every year, seems more naive than I've been so far.
Because what I love about Ohio state was seemingly built on cheating and lies...so it didnt even happen. If smith, gee, and tressel are running things SMU style, then it kind of ruins possibly the greatest decade of OSU football ever. I won't stop being a fan, but that's pretty shitty, and enough to give me pause on deciding if I want to drop $500-$600 and 12 hours in a car to go see a team without it's best qb, rb, ol, wr, and coach.

There are a hundred other years of tOSU football besides the last ten tho, man.

I will continue to watch the games and go when I can..I love college football..tOSU the band ..everything about the game day experience..am I dissappointed in JT ..yes and he will probably be sacrificed to send the NCAA on their way. Believe it or not we are a Div 1 football factory.tOSU needs to sell out the stadium win conference titles and go to BCS bowls to keep their Income coming in..so many times lines are crossed to continue the Income stream flowing..AND we are no different than any ofthe other football factories,,Alabama, ND (yes even you), Texas Auburn Ok..etc.

I'd spend $600 and drive 12 hours to see Eddie George line up with Orlando Pace against Speils and Jack Tatum.

If I had the spare time and extra money, I'd spend that to watch a weeks worth of spring practices so long as they took place in The 'Shoe.

Oh, and Bill, I haven't bought myself beer in four months. I've got a daughter to feed.

My intent wasn't to call out BN27's "fanhood". It seemed to me he was questioning his own. That's what surprised me.

The Ohio State compliance department that self reports to the NCAA every time a coach, student-athlete, or administrator farts in public was quoted in today's article as being of the opinion that there are no NCAA violations involved as it pertains to these transactions. Moreover, Doug Archie stated that these transactions were all known and vetted by the compliance department. The last ten years were not built on cheating and lies any more than they were built on piety, the parting of the Red Sea, or the miracle of Chanukah. I have trouble believing that the compliance/athletic department that discovered and self reported the events since December has been involved or complicit in automobile style impermissible benefits. For all of the ink spilled by the Dispatch this morning, you'll notice that they never actually report that any NCAA rules were broken yet Doug Archie does not equivocate in his opinion that no violations occurred just as he did in December when the functional equivalent of today's article was printed.
Bye the bye, if you should be bored at all this summer research what an "order of suppression" is.

Well I hear Syracuse has a football team....it might be JV, but I'm totally sure they are COMPLETELY clean and in the clear.

This crap going on now just ticks me off because you have all the southern schools doing whatever they want, and the media doesn't touch them.

I declined my annual season tickets for next year because I am just sick of college football as a whole.
