A balmy 8 degrees in Sax Zim Bog in MN. The high tomorrow will probably be 6 at 12:00 AM with a low of -15. Great vacation choice by me!

And yet is still feels warmer than 28 in Chicago.

-18 when we headed out exploring this AM but now up to -8 and it really doesn’t feel too bad. The body’s ability to adapt is pretty amazing. Within 2 days, we’ve already acclimated to the new “normal”.

As usual, completely overhyped by the talking hairdos on television. This is turning out to be nothing more than a run of the mill Chicago storm. It won't even rise to the level of a few storms two years ago and won't be anywhere near the 2011 blizzard or the Arctic Vortex year.
