Doesn't look quite like a tornado to me.

Depends on what they find on the ground. EDIT: They've classified it as a straight line wind event.

It could be straight line winds that were causing a circulation on the ground, but if that cloud you see was a wall cloud (I can't tell), then it was possibly a very weak and short-lived tornado.

Not all tornadoes look like the monsters you see out in Oklahoma or Kansas. Some never develop the condensation funnel that everyone associates with a tornado.
