OSU cancelled class in the early 90s when I was there - due to extreme cold. They said it was the first time since Vietnam war protests that they had cancelled.

It was 1994, I was a senior in High school. They have cancelled quite a few tine in the last 10 years. It was just dumb how these people yesterday were freaking out.

I was a Freshman that year. -45 degree windchill and people were getting frost bite walking to class. UDF on High near Lane sold out of all alcohol within an hour of the cancelation announcement.
