Helmet Stickers / Buckeye Leaves (all merged)

Youboty and Whitner are both tied with Ginn. Barton and Mangold are also tied with Hawk.

I knew JT was moving towards a team orientation for leaves, but if you study this board you can see that the individual aspects are almost completely gone. The most I can find where an individual stands out from a unit is two leaves. That certainly does not allow much room for awards for particular plays.

That is all fine, but certainly not Woody's vision. Why put them on the individual helmets at all? Just post them in the WHAC or on the back of the benches.

No, I have Brandon in mind. He's one of those cases alongside Frost, Welch, etc. where the grades haven't gotten to the Maupin/EJ level where they have to leave, but are in dangerous territory. This was back in winter quarter, things may have changed. As for his injuries, I believe he messed up his arm during bowl practice.

And he's a redshirt freshman.
oh... whoops...

i found it interesting that the only thing that kept the D from a perfect 10 was the fact that the O kept putting the ball on the ground...

That, and the fact that the refs were kind to "Little Man Tate" by giving him a delay-of-game when he had clearly earned an unsportsmanlike.

Welch has played in the last two games.

yea i know that, i saw him, he also played in last years Alamo Bowl at the end, but another poster mentioned something along the lines of grade problems?

which would totally shock me because he was a high grade student in high school, as is Antonio Smith another beechcroft player on OSU's team, Welch got a athletic scholarship and Smith got a academic scholarship to OSU

Site updated with Minnesota results:

Not surprising, everybody on defense, from Youboty to the linebackers to the D-Line, had their worst tallys since the Miami, OH game. The run game shined in the HHH Baggy Dome, so Boone, Datish, Downing, Frost, Johnson, Mangold, Pittman, Sims, and White all got their highest totals of the season. Ginn, Gonzo, and Holmes all hit 11.

Whitner still leads the team with 51.

Those helmets should look beautiful and half-full tomorrow when Illinois rolls in.
