I'll am sorry, but if you can't field a team that gets less than 15 penalties in a game...even at the pop warner level you ain't worth a fuck as a coach. Thats discipline, thats personal responsibility, thats making boys into men. These boys CAN do better. They just have to buckle up and do the work.

Well, to be fair they average about half that but I get what you are saying.

This only works for some players. If you do it too much, they’ll tune you out.

If he really wants to make his point, bench the guys that need the point driven home.

Unfortunately we don't have enough TE's in the room to bench all that deserve it.

The problems aren’t going to magically disappear that’s not how it works. We’ve had presnap penalties all year the OL has had missed assignments and been unsettled all year. I read that Austin said the lineup hadn’t been decided till game day because of injury his own illness.
