Him not calling timeouts before the 2-minute stoppage showed he didn’t learn from that mistake in the Oregon game, in a very similar situation. Then when he called consecutive timeouts for a penalty that gave tCun a first down, it was an Eberflusian error. Worthy of costing a head coach his job.

Wish we could pry Lanning away from Oregon. I think Day is going nowhere simply because I don’t see the obvious home run hire available.

Lanning feels like Day 2.0. Will win when he should and occasionally in even matchups. Will shit bed in biggest games.

Something was so far off today it isn’t deniable anymore. The D held its own but started getting cute with substitutions and it cost us. The O should have gone tempo and worn out the big guys up front for M. Instead, we seemed content to getting 1 or 2 possessions per quarter. Simply baffling game calls from OSU. There is a confict inside the staff that is getting worse each week. And it’s on the offensive side now.

Who feels good about winning a playoff game with all the baggage from today.

Honestly, it may not even be losing to THAT team (it is). But I almost think any coach needs fired for the malpractice that was that gameplan.

And to come out for the second 30 minutes and do the same thing. I’m so fucking pissed about that offense. What did they do all week?
