I haven't watched the whole thing but he's um, somewhat less than complementary of our coaching staff at the end of it.
10 minutes in.
This guy is good so far. Crazy how quickly he picks up on the type of personnel, team and scheme we are - including our warts. Just nodding along like, yeah man you nailed it.
Love listening to this stuff.

So, this is a dumb question but is the converted linebacker not a good running back somehow? I'm not being sarcastic, because I get that there's a reason he got converted in the first place but A) he looked pretty good against us and B) from what I understand, our staff wanted to recruit him and had every intention of playing him at running back.
I'm honestly not being a jerk here at all, but why do folks think #19 is such a huge liability? Georgia's pass rush ain't all that, so even if he's not great at picking up blitzes, my read is you'll be okay. I personally spent most of the first half cheering every time Day didn't give the ball to the guy because we didn't do a whole lot to stop him.
That goes back to what I said at the time - the Lack of Preparation is really just a manifestation of this teams lack of true identity on offense. You can't just do "all the things" and expect to execute at a high level all the time. This ain't the NFL, and they don't even DO that in the NFL anymore because it took one of the top-3 ever QBs to play the game (Peyton Manning) to pull it off. He knew he could audible to literally anything in the playbook and they'd execute it well enough to move the ball, usually. Other teams that tried it - like say the Cowboys with Romo - would flame out spectacularly eventually.
No, this goes back to Ryan Day needing to sit down, figure out what type of team he wants this to be and sticking with it. Have a damn plan, even if it's not working.
How flabbergasted and speechless he gets trying to explain the coaching and operational errors he sees…have a drink before the 47 minute mark (and remember this when the Day conversations heat back up.)
Stop fucking watching it. Seriously. It doesn't end well and only gets the blood pressure boiling~38:30 mark as he's praising the talent of the offense "I don't think Ohio States defense can stop a nose bleed"
Pointed out the "suspectness" of the OL aside from Paris Johnson several times
I'm just getting more and more pissed off watching it.
