Coach Mike McCarthy sheds some interesting light on how he will make the decision

For the first time this season, one defensive player will be allowed to wear a radio headset on the field, in an effort to level the playing field the offense enjoys with quarterback-to-coach communications and to thwart future Spygates.....

The battle between Daryn Colledge and Allen Barbre started in the weight room and will be a focal point of training camp.

Their on-the-field battle began with the start of organized team activities a couple of weeks ago, and will heat up when training camp starts on July 28......

Cornerback Al Harris practices, rookie tight end Jermichael Finley is injured, the team is standing behind running back Noah Herron after foiled robbery.

Cornerback Al Harris is practicing this week for this first time in this year?s organized team activities. Packers coach Mike McCarthy was happy to see the 33-year-old in attendance and didn?t seem concerned that it took him to the third week of OTAs to make his debut.....

Defensive line limps toward minicamp

The once-deep unit has needed starting end Cullen Jenkins to move inside during OTAs because so many tackles are injured.

The team?s decision to not hold onto franchise player Corey Williams and trade the defensive tackle to Cleveland for a second-round draft pick this year is a bigger loss than anticipated....

The upcoming mandatory minicamp will be used to clean up things from the last four weeks of workouts, the coach said today.

With 60 days remaining until the preseason opener, the Green Bay Packers wrapped up their organized team activities on Thursday....
