I honestly believe the reason people have been able to successfully share content on IRC networks for twenty years without anyone getting busted is because the people that monitor this shit for the government are too fucking stupid to figure out how to get on IRC.

Policing the internet gets bigger campaign contributions from rich people with copyrights. More debt = buying more votes. The choice for politicians is an easy one. :wink2:
