There are plenty of hits and misses from Glenville. Ray Small is perhaps the best example of someone with a bad attitude off the field but there are others.
The success stories came in, worked hard, and earned their place in Buckeye history just like every other great player. None of them accomplished anything based on the fact that they were from Glenville.

No kidding. Maintaining a close relationship with a high school and its coaches is one thing. Giving kids from that school special treatment is a completely separate issue. I think you are confusing the two.

How did Tressel giving kids preferential treatment work out for him and the school?
I hope for the sake of the program that Urban Meyer treats every kid the same regardless of where they come from.
Based on everything I have seen and read over the past year or so I think we'll be in good shape in that regard.
